Guelph, Ontario, Canada eh!
I called an insurance company when I started shopping for motorcycle insurance a month ago. Out of curiosity, I asked how much to insure a Zero SR in Ontario. The answer was ''oh we don't insure electric motorcycles''. Since I don't want to spend a lot of time on the phone calling many companies, I will try asking here if someone has an electric motorcycle in Ontario, Canada and knows of an insurance company that insures e-motorcycles?

Thanks
Ray

Who did you call? Aviva might do it.

Thanks. I talked to RBC insurance because that's the company I use for home and car insurance. They don't insure motorcyclists unless they have many years of experience. They did not seem to know E-motorcycles existed. Then I talked to Riders Plus. They quoted a good price for less then 600cc but they don't insure E-motorcycles like Zero for example. That was three months ago, maybe they changed their policy since then. Like I said, I don't feel like spending a lot of time on the phone asking the same questions over and over, that is why I asked here, looks like there are very few Canadian E-motorcyclists in Ontario in this forum. Or they are outside of Ontario. When I feel like talking on the phone, I'll try Aviva like you mentioned.
