The big question is where will it strike next?

Sunshine is here and we are at 122% of our season rain total. Our season goes for like 7 more months.

Actually more like 2-1/2 months unless we get a summer monsoonal storm.

February is traditionally the wettest month around here. Time will tell.

:D :bolt:

About 2" here since yesterday. Looks like it might finally clear out and get sunny (but cold). My yard is kind of a mess, but no damage.

Only another third of an inch more so far, but it's been raining since last night, continuously, and is expected to continue thru tonight and tomorrow morning at least, potentially another half-inch or more.

An additional 0.97” overnight through 11:00am.
Plus 0.03” by 4:30 pm makes for 1.00” even. 8)
Tonight
Rain likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday
Partly sunny, with a high near 51. Southwest wind around 5 mph.

Finally a day with no rain. More coming tomorrow night, but it won't be much. Then they are predicting at least a week with no rain. Time to start cleaning up the yard...

Next pineapple tropical jet stream well established over the Pacific Ocean. No rain in our forecast for a week so we’ll catch the next one.

Nice day for a ride.

Bike eating rut in the road. Luckily the other side is fine.

Nice and clear. SF and the Bay Bridge visible in the distance. Usually you can barely see it due to the haze.

.70 inch in the last 24 hours and pouring rain at this moment. At 129% of season average to date.

:bolt: :D

Another 0.03” today for a preliminary storm total of 0.24”.
Some scattered showers are moving in from the east so still a chance to add to the total overnight. The mountain peaks could be seen covered with snow today but not as cold as the weather forecast said.
