Are they selling Snow Mobiles in LA yet?

Almost coulda' used one when it started hailing a couple of days ago. It was bright sunshine for a about 5 minutes then came wave after wave of bb sized hail. Probably could have built a 2 foot tall snowman if I had a winter coat, which I don't. ...

Total downpour this morning with lightning and thunder, but just cleared up with bright sunshine for a little over an hour. Same thing the last few days, so I've been going out for a quick ride, but always racing back to the house to avoid the next downpour. Got caught in the rain a couple of days ago and my head felt like an ice cube since the bicycle helmet offers no protection from the rain and cold wind. I wonder if I can wear a beanie under it, or if I just need o get a helmet with coverage.
