Hello.
I want to convert my bike (picture included - not my photo, but same bike) to e-bike using conversion kit. I'm looking for an advice what type of conversion kit, battery ect. should i buy. First of all i will provide necessary information.

I'm from Poland in Europe. I prefer to pay in Polish Zloty or in GBP but Euro, USD, CAD or AUD is still an option.
Poland have more strict law about e-bikes than rest of the world, but let's just say it's not a problem. This topic is more about specifications of kit and battery.

Desired max speed on level ground. mph or kph: 35 kph (22mph) is "must be", more speed would be a nice bonus.
Desired max range at what cruising speed. mph or kph: I understand that slower i ride, further i can go. I don't have exact range i need to ride everyday, so i will say just average. Maybe 30 km (22 miles) range with 35 kph (22 mph) speed? Is that average?
Preferred bike wheel size, or wheel size of bike you want to convert. Most common kits are for 26" wheels.: 26" wheels
Brake type of motor wheel. Disc or not.: I have V-Brakes on both wheels.
Rider weight. 80 kg (176 lbs)
Terrain. Exp: mostly flat, some short hills under 20% grade, I want to climb mountains, etc., etc. I live in urban highland with a large number of short hills, so most of the time its just regular flat roads, but sometimes roads go up and down on short hills. Don't know if I explained it correctly. You can easily check city Katowice in Poland.
Budget : Everything less than 1000$ would be good, less than 800$ would be great (if it's possible). The cheaper the better, but i don't want anything to explode so i guess Chinese kits/batteries/cells are out of question :)
Additional info: I would like to have a pedal assist, LCD (can be LED if no other choice) display with multiple settings, throttle (not allowed in Poland no one knows why... but i think throttle will be useful), motor on rear wheel(but it can be on front wheel, if there will be good reason for it). I also think it's good to have more powerful motor and battery with bigger capacity than i need, even if i won't use it often.

I can provide any further informations you could need to help me choose conversion kit and battery. If I made something wrong, I'm sorry. For all your help I thank you.

Less important, but still very useful for me would be any idea how to mount everything on my bike. I found few ideas on this forum how to make conversions on such type of bikes (photos added below), but i want to know your opinions on this subject.

Well, pretty much all batteries and bike motors are made in china. soooo,

Your budget insures that your only choices will be the less expensive, lower quality kits and batteries. soooo,

But you can get most of what you want, from a very cheap rear hub motor kit. Look for 48v 1000w. Don't ride far without tuning the wheel, spokes stretch in the first miles, and the cheap wheels need a bit more care to keep them from breaking spokes.

Carry a battery up to 48v 10 ah in size on a rear rack. It's possible to brace a seatpost rack back to the seat tube, and make it stronger. You are stuck with poor choices for carrying the battery, because you have a y frame bike.

$1000 budget is possible. But you'll get a much better kit if you increase your budget to $1500 max. A BBs02 mid drive kit for example, and a high quality battery. Look at EM3ev.
