Magura throttle, no grip?

My magura throttle didn't come with a grip, is this normal? The picture shows one. Any recommendations on a grip that fits the entire length of the tube?

Also can someone tell me how to connect it to my JRH controller? Can I use a 3 pin servo connector to connect it? I figure its just using the voltage for the signal, so the current is low enough.

I have not had a Magura in my hands to test the theory, but I would expect you could use a grip for a bike handlebar; most of them stretch quite a bit.

I dunno on the controller connection part. Should be a pinout for that available somewhere on ES (if you find it, you could put it in the ES Wiki

Dirt bike grips fit well as the rhs grip is sized to fit over the throttle tube on an ice bike.
