Mixed matched e bike controller and hub problems

Having issues with getting my new controller to work with my 3000-5000 watt hub motor. My controller has way more wires then any of my other controllers I've had. And when I plug in my throttle and hall wires nothing happens, I get no power to the hub. The controller is aSPYMINNPOO Brushless Controller, 36V 48V 60V 5000W.

my bet is that the orange lock wire goes to battery+ to turn it on.
does it spark when +- are hooked up?

Which wires on the controller do you have connected to which wires on your bike? (specifically, each individual wire, if possible, to help us determine if wire order is correct)
Which wires on the controller are not connected to anything?
Which wires on the bike are not connected to anything?

If the controller came with a diagram, I recommend drawing your actual wiring onto that diagram and posting it here, so we can see what's already wired, and if anything else needs to be, or if anything is incorrect.
