mqcon software download says its a virous and controller running backwards

I have an SVMC 72100 and every place i try to get the software win says it has a virous , and blocks the download. the controller actually works without doing the setup test , but it is running backwards and when i have it hooked to my phone i has the dreaded tx and no rx so if anyone can help right now it has no power going forward but crazy power backwards and changing the faze wires dose nothing it was originally on a bike that used a chain so its programmed to have power in the other direction and i have to have the bike in reverse to go forward i thought about turning the tire but the break and gears would be on the wrong sides i need to get the mqcon software running to actuallychange the direction of travle within the program or if anyone has any ideas please chime in thanks everyone Lakelizerd

Switch any two phase power wires, then find the Hall sensor wire combination that makes it run smoothly. That's the formula for making a brushless motor run in the opposite direction.

Why you'd use a controller that makes you wank around with software is quite beyond my understanding. When I'm confronted with something like that, I switch to a version from someone who knows what they're doing and provides a finished product.

why because its the controller i have and i have tried switching the phase wires and it dose nothing i wish it was that easy but buying a new 600 dollar controller is an expensive option when changing the direction in the program is free but i am considering a new controller from GRIN . i don't understand why switching the phase wires has no affect on the direction the motor spins i will try all the combinations again and if i get it going the right direction find the hall wire combo that it runs the smoothest thanks Lakelizerd

When you switch two phase wires, you also have to switch the hall wires, but hard to say which ones. This needs to be tested in most cases.

I looked at the Sabvoton website and got errors on the download files also, so there's an issue with their website. You might try emailing them directly and ask them to send you a copy of the software file.

That makes cence if you change the phases that I may have to switch the hall wires I think I will get a motor controller tester from Amazon and go from there and I had an old desktop in my junk pile and I started it up and saved the mqcon software from it to a memory card but I still am getting the no tx or Rx I can't remember witch one and I have the display unplugged so it won't let me do the setup test if you have any info on that problem I would be great full to here and thank you for your help Lakelizerd

I was given a new Bluetooth donagle and it works app programed hall test complete and motor direction changed from 1 to 0 and it works awesome so much power I burned out all the way down the driveway thankyou for all your help Lakelizerd
