Mxus 3k turbo cabel

I have mxus 3k turbo. My threads for the disk break broke in like a week and got them fix up with one size bigger becuse it was to bad but now i have bigger bolts and my cabels are aways cutting. Becuse i dont have free wheel can i route my cabels to go true the other side and any tips in replacing the cable. The other problem is that my hall sensore brun and i think is becuse of the cut cable and something shorted so any tips in replacing that.
 
There is no slot in the other side of the axle to route cables through, just constrain the cables better. If you aren't already also use button head bolts which will be lower profile. Honestly if the disc rotor bolts broke it's because they came loose, probably because they were not properly torqued but also loctite helps, they often come with some loctite on them. Either that or they were really poor quality bolts. If you have to replace the cable anyway you should replace the phase wires with slightly larger gauge teflon insulated wires. Make sure there are no sharp edges on the axle, add some fiberglass tape in places for a little extra rub protection.

Gonna buy button head bolts and i found some site that sells hall sensor and original mxus 3k turbo cable and i cant put bigger cabels becuse there is no space put is the hall sensor easy to replace?
 
My 3k turbo has 2 sets of hall sensors. Maybe yours also has it? How many wires do you have in your cable?

I have a fardriver and i put regen to the strongest gave it a gas and it stoped working. Connected the second hall turn of regen gave it gas and i burned again probably is the cabel being cut and something i shorting or i burned the 5v regulator on the fardriver

Yeah if you aren't going to be pushing the power too hard just use the stock cable, personally if I'm going to go through the effort though I'm installing larger wires. Removing the PVC jacket around the wires and replacing it with fiberglass in key areas and using teflon wire that has thinner insulation usually allows at least 2ga increase in wire size.

Ok but what if i switch the side covers of the motor and reverse it so the cabel comes out of the free wheel side and have much more space

And i am planning to run about 5.7kw or 7.2kw should i put bigger cabels
 
The wires go through a slot in the axle, that is your limiting factor. If you can flip the axle and side covers around, which may not be possible depending on the bearing sizes and shaft configuration it will be the same slot in the axle that all the wires have to pass though.

Those power levels peak for short times probably fine but those power levels for more extended amounts of time bigger wires would be be nice. I mean you can't really calculate exactly at what point the wires will melt, depends on too many factors. But if I'm going through the whole process of redoing the wires I'm going to upgrade them. The teflon wires also take way way more heat before they melt. Also I suggest serious crimps for the phase wires to winding, overkill but you can't melt a crimp and you can melt a solder joint.

Ok the other thing my frame needs to be replaced i am thinking of getting i high quality mtb frame or going all in and getting stealth bomber fream but i am with 27.5. And if i am getting mtb fream what frame should i get that fits the mxus 3k turbo nicely
