What are the specs for your battery?

Is the charger light or the battery voltage telling you its fully charged.. only rely on a voltage reading from the battery terminals..

Possibilities:

Battery is not charging but still reporting 100% (BMS failure can cause this)
Communication lines damaged/not connected so controller cannot see SoC of battery
BMS got "out of sync" with battery state of charge (rare; only older BMSes have this problem)

Another could be the battery is a lower nominal voltage than the controller and display, and the lvc is preventing anything from running.

Make sure the display is set for the same voltage as the battery.
