Hello Everyone!
It's been almost 3 years since I last visited and posted on this frankly brilliant forum. Good to be back and see all the other builds.
My first build was this one:
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=41928
I have tinkered with it ever since and tried to refine the design. I improved the ride and performance by making it lighter and increasing the system voltage from 48V to 60V. I also fitted it with Crazy Bob Schwalbe 24" tires.
I knew this tinkering couldn't last very long though and so, inevitably, I went on making another build, keeping all the findings from my first build in mind. And here is the result:

Some basic specs;
System Voltage: 72V
Max Current: 60A
Battery capacity: 7.2Ah (Lead-Acid)
Range: 40km (with mild pedalling)
Top Speed: 65km/h (40mph)
Total weight: 45kgs (alot lighter than my first build!)

I actually took my ebike to an automotive competition known as DICE Automotive that is held every year at NUST university in Pakistan. This year there were more than 30 project exhibits from students and professors from various universities and researchers and parts manufacturers from the industry. I won the first prize with a prize money of Rs.100,000 (which approximately equals US $920!)

I am going to buy a set of Lipo battery packs for my ebike. 20s2p!
Will post some more pictures of the bike's LED lights for riding at night.
