Built this for my nephew to play with. Picked the frame out of the garbage. 16" wheels. Bought 2 sprockets and chain. Everything else was stuff I had laying around. 24 volt brushed wheelchair motor uses series/parallel relays control the juice out of 2 28 amp/hour batteries. 24 kph for 30 km depending on terrain. Good on hills. Big or small they all laugh like crazy on this. Some helpful Coasties assisted in testing.

Haha, that's quite a ride! Nice work on the frame, looks good. Be safe, I hope the drive side isn't an ankle ripper..
 
No injuries reported. Frame is surprisingly strong. Hubs were checked and serviced but only took nephew 4 weeks to completely wear them out. And yet another wheel before end of the summer. I`ve used this torquey little motor in several builds before brush less motors became more common.
