New KMX Video around the Lake

Got out on Saturday with the KMX, was a super nice day here in the UK for once this summer so decided to give it a good shakedown run, I did 25 miles around the lake on just 5AH of 37V lipo, nice thing is also the complete comfort these bikes give you against a normal road bike, I could have sat in that thing all day!!

Got up to 26mph in places and did a timed 5 mile run at 12 mins, I had to slow down a bit for peds else I think I can beat that time, I am going to go back there when its a bit quieter and try again soon.

Spotted a guy with a Bionx hand cycle, it was a nice machine and great to see another Trike around the lake, there was one there last week which is what prompted me to take mine up, you get all the fun of the Trike without the danger of being squashed by a car.

The lake itself is actually a reservoir near me called draycote water, its super nice although the bugs do bite a bit when you stop!! good Idea to keep on moving.

great to see you posting up some vids again - you're right about the summer though totally lame!!

GREAT Camerawork! Most videos just show a shot from the head or chest looking forward. But you've managed to get lots of angles, moving shots, static shots, ect.... BRAVO! A blast to watch...

I noticed you're using the Hookworm tires... I just picked one up for my first ebike project. They seem very popular with the ebike crowd.

Yes was a blast to ride that day! the hookworms are the best tyres that I have ever tried, they are bullet proof, never had a flat with one either!!

Hi DC yeah figured I would knock up a quick clip, I enjoy doing them and the KMX is so much fun, the BMX is also but I have done that, I need a new machine to knock up?? I do have an idea but I am keeping under wraps until I finish it! ha ha, it should be very small but very fast!! ha ha
