Thanks in advance, I'm in a bind with a none working ride.

New kit bought months ago, bench test when it arrived was fine.

Installed recently, under load, no rider just bike it studders badly.

I have tried many combinations of hall and phase wires. The stock option is the only one that turns at all.

Voltage reading on the hall sensors 4.8 - .21v when turning the wheel, powered on. Input power is 4.0v.

I don't want to open the motor, but is that my only option. To change the hall sensor?

Thank you for any help

When you say voltage on hall sensors never gets over .1V when turning, how fast are you turning it. You should turn it very slowly and the voltage should change as each magnet passes a Hall sensor.

EDIT: It changes from .2-4.28 when turning the wheel slowly. Now that I'm using the "right" setting on the volt meter

I forgot to mention, there seems to be no training method with the controller.
