Hey,

So here's some pictures of the headway/burrito battery build I did today...

11 cells @ 10 ah
40 amp fuse
xlr connector for charging
VL (JST) connector for power
high current battery disconnect
awg#14 wire (red and black) for power
awg#18 wire (green) for taps
ring terminals
quick disconnects
cable ties
foam cushioning
corrugated plastic board

and if my wife is feeling up to it, there will be a nylon bag with buckles and straps with velcro

It takes like 3 hours to get it all together but it's a tidy and useful package.
 
Nice package! will you use BMS or single cell charger to balance the cells?
 
I have taps to access individual cells (green wires) but in my experience, these batteries don't really need balancing.

According to the bathroom scale, it's 9.5 lbs. With 36v@10ah, it's not bad-- very easy to put on a bicycle. Plenty of power for most commutes.
