Its basically the interface..its what you plug all the lighs, horn, cruise and on/off switch in to and then from the controller...the below image plugs in to the bluetooth module... Which sits in a chanel rihht above the batteryWe'll need to know more to figure out what you might be able to do, starting with:
What does the BT module do for your system?
Where exactly does it connect to the system, with which wires?
Couldnt you just not connect it = off, then connect it = on with just wire with no need to find a store with switch.
Question is how often do you have to utilize the on and off part of your equation?
Ghis is the wiring connector coming from controller to the BT mod. I think the BT acts almost like a relay or something? Basiclaly you plug controller in to module amd then the on/off switch., Horn and headlight button. And leds

So, phase, hall, battery and throttle wires all connected...then this 5 pin harness is what plugs in to the BT from controller..... THEN you plug in switch lights and hornWe'll need to know more to figure out what you might be able to do, starting with:

Donyoubthink woring an on off switch through the throttle wires is possible?based ont he signal line names in the only 5pin connector on there, it would appear that your controller requires communication with that board to operate.
if that's the case, you'd have to get a replacement board from the scooter manufacturer to make that controller work.
there is a chance that the ds line on there is a turn-on signal to the ocntroller like many displays use, where battery positive comes to the board from the controller to power the board, and when the board receives the right control signal from an external button or in this case perhaps from a security app to lock the scooter, it then places batery positive onto the ignition or keyswitch line, which could be what ds is for.
but if ds is not for that then manually shorting battery plus to ds on the controller side of this connector is very likely to blow up the controller, probably in an unfixable way. so don't do this if you aren't willing to buy a new controller and possibly other parts if they get blown up by it too. (like the throttle, halls in the motor, etc)
also if the thorttle and stuff all plugs inot the display not the ocntorller you still don't have any controls as that data would still have to be sent over the serial data lines, coded by the board so the controller understands what to do with it...which you need the board to do.
if the throttle plugs into the controller itself, then if ds is the power on signal rather than seriald ata doing that, the system would operate, but you would have no way to control or adjust anything so it would only work in whatever the ppower-on defaults are.
