Nmc 58Ah 15s, for now I am also satisfied with the quality they seem to have, 420Eu including ship. and tax.
After a few charges and discharges, they do not seem to need balancing, and the temperature seems stable;
Cell: 0.86 kg; 27*148*95 mm + the pin.
Alveolar polycarbonate on the sides, while underneath and above the board (08 06), (+ wider for the straps), underneath sponge;
Positioned at the down centre vertically, removable, the bike seems quite stable, and the efficiency seems is better,
I putted the two cables + and- a little thicker, with AS150 connectors (7 mm);I
Shortened some wires and removed some bulky connectors by soldering the wires directly.
Temporarily, a plastic bag for winter and rain, covered with elastic fabric;
[I have seen that many waterproof fabrics are not 100% waterproof];
Seat backrest: children
plastic chair, with thicker foam at the front;
Short pedals.
I removed the gear shift; fixed gear 11 teeth.
I put a used front v-brake on the rear brake, which finally seems to work well and smoothly.
Aluminium luggage rack, with removable plastic box, attached with hook springs.
48v lights with fuse, and I'm trying to add some red LED strips (Cob neon) at the rear, and maybe white at the front. I'd like to connect them together with the lights if I can make them max 60v. Will 2 in series of 24 and 1 of 12 work? Otherwise, I have an adjustable step-down.
For short journeys, I have another 7.5Ah Lfp4 (A123) 16s battery without BMS but with a 48V cut-off on the control unit (programmable Usb Infineon with Pas).
Bike bought in 2011.
[Advice and comments welcome].
