Proper phase wire setup

Hey Guys, I am replacing my HT35 with a Mac. My controller is the 4840 crystalyte from electric rider. Does anyone know the proper combination of phase wires ( Y,G,B)? I do not need the hall sensor setup because I just run sensorless.

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Gypsy

I thought I had it correct because it ran fine under no load. With a load on it the motor starts normally then quickly looses power and makes a chatter sound. I tried just swapping two wires but that didn't work. One combination made it run in reverse.

Is there anyone that has mated these two components together?

I also run sensorless with 9C 2807. How much power are you using. 36v seems OK, but when you step up to a higher V stuttering is a problem under hard acceleration. I am running 72V@45A and have had STUTTERING, I replace my throttle with the ES Member Gwhy! throttle conversion ( problem solved)

48v40a crystalyte 6fet controller and 48v 20ah lifepo4 battery. So 1920 watts. The motor is designed for 48v.

Does the Mac motor need a different throttle?

All I need to know is the color sequence of the phase wires inside a 500w Mac from left to right when looking at the wired side. Not from the geared side. I know the sequence for my crystalyte HT35.

Did and it just chattered back and forth.

Can a Mac motor even be run with a sensorless controller?

It has been confirmed. The controller is not compatible with a Mac. I will see what Lyen has or try to find a used one.
