Rad Power Bikes bankrupt but used Bafang motor

Rad Power Bikes is bankrupt and no longer in business. The original company (Rad Power Bikes) was sold and no specs were included in the sale. I did phone the new company Rad Life Mobility (who bought the "Rad" name only). They verified that Rad Power Bikes contracted Bafang to manufacture the rear hub/wheel for them, but Rad PB put their own part number on the hub, so Bafang does not recognize the number.
I would think that Bafang would not re-invent their proven motor just for Rad PB, so I am hoping that planetary gears, clutch, bearings would be the same spec as a Bafang.
Does ANYONE have any experience with replacing internal hub parts (planetary gears, bearings etc.) on a Rad/Bafang hub motor?

This is very typical for prebuilt ebike companies.
They don't want you to service it. And/or they have not thought about serviceability at all.

You could do a motor swap to a model that is supported in the DIY ecosystem.

It may juts be a relabeled motor. Pictures of it, particularly the internals, would be helpful to ID the actual model, if it's not totally custom.

Not all. My Radwagon v1 for example has a Shengyi dd hubmotor.

IME, Rad Power Bikes components are not highly modified from stock.

Here is a pic of the planetary gear/clutch. (I labeled it Bafang but maybe it isn't??). Nylon is beginning to separate from metal hub and the gear OD is increasing. caliper-measured gear OD - 37.8mm to 39.5mm. These original gears are stiff/binding/hard to turn/noisy. It seems like the typical 37.5mm gears should fit??
Also has a Common gear bearing (608RS), clutch OD, motor shaft OD etc.
This bike (mine) has only 500 miles on bike. I'm not ready to scrap this hub and I'm a "fixer". We have 3 of these bikes. Daughter's has maybe 1,000 miles and is horribly noisy. I want to fix my daughter's bike dependably, so I'm tearing into mine first.
IMO - this looks like a typical Befang planetary gear/clutch but I'm a novice at this (maybe making hopeful assumptions) but super capable in my shop.
If (WE) can figure this out we may save many hub motors going to land-fill needlessly??

Yes, I'm in the US. I did contact Bafang and they could not recognize the Rad Power Bike hub number, so Bafang said it is not their hub motor. I also phoned Rad Life Mobility, the newly formed company that bought the "Rad" name and supply network. Rad Power Bikes did not share any specs (like hub motor specs) with new company, so Rad Life Mobility cannot help me, and Rad Power Bikes no longer exists.
So after hours and hours of research, It seems like the 37.5mm planetary nylon/steel gears might work??
I was hoping someone might have run into this issue and could offer guidance on what company did make the original Rad Power Bike motor, so that I could buy the right parts (without guessing/hoping).

That's a good idea. Find models that you can repair, and resell them. Perhaps offer service on the familuar models, and accumulate parts from the e-waste bikes

In my observation even no name Bafang clone motors usually interchange parts with the real thing. To be fair, the usual replacement parts do not seem to be Bafang products anyway.
