new update i just install the new capacitors and also i double up the shunt , the controller work like before but i still have no big diffirence between each setting , only thing i notice is when I use 24 or 36 mosfet controller i see the power of the controller decrease so that mean the cable and the software work
but I'm supposed to lift my front wheel at 160amp phase current and there only 3kw peak and i see on the CA 60 amp peak with that setting maybe the CA-DP need tweak also because is brand new , I have to do further tests but here the road condition are not good because of the snow right now

do i very need load test to see the difference, i mean on road ?

hi every one,
today i made fews test before the snow start to fall again but it was very slippery. ok i just install a pre charge resistor but i only use three standard 1/2 watts 530 ohms in parallel i am sure some people will laugth about it but i can say its work pretty good !! and there no heat enougth to melt the tape and there no more big spark !! so for now i am happy . next thing i made was removing the breaker and i plug it directly with a string and immediately i gain 20 amp of current but its not bad but i need at least 20 amp more to lift my wheel like my previous set up for now i have positive result tomorow and maybe if i use the 120% trottle will be better acceleration but i need to install it first and i don't find information about it

so for now i peak to 80 amp from the CA but the parameter was set to 18 fets and 57 current and 160 phase current

tomorow i will try with different controller like the 15 fets and 12 fets or 24 fets parameters

OOOh yess! 1150 fans of my post but nobody care of what am saying but its ok :lol: :lol: :lol: maybe i will post photo of me nude someone interested? so I can have more fans ,,

ok so finally everthing work fine , so fine yesterday i blow 6 fuse in one second !!! my set up was 80 current, 215 phase , i like to be in trouble :lol: :lol:
I forgot I have 35 amps fuse for a total of 140amp peak so its was very funny to see broken glass fuse exploded

I also try today the 120% with the 3 speed switch installed and I gain 7kph so 47kph with 45 volt and I can have more ah by spliting my 100 volts pack in half , before my top speed was 40kph and its was not enougth fast but now 47kph is very good to long distance

i am very happy with my bullet proof controller with all the protection i have now , and also my CA can manage my lvc ,current,speed limit and work great

The problem was the breaker switch and not the programming parameter , I will post some picture and video of the result soon
