Hi guys I’m new here but I’m having an issue where I’m trying to relocate the rotor on the right side of my
e-scooter. To achieve this on my other scooters I reversed the green and yellow phase wires and reversed the yellow and green on the halls. It seemed to work fine but now on a different scooter I’m trying to do the same and it’s giving me random foward and reverse motions. As if it can’t make up its mind. Here’s a video I uploaded.

So I was SO FOCUSED on the fact that the halls needed to be changed as well as the phases. Well as it turned out I just needed to focus on just the phase and leave the halls alone. It’s range because on my other PEVs I had to change both halls and phase. This on on this vehicle it was just the phase that needed to be changed motor green to comtroller yellow, motor yellow to controller blue and motor green to controller yellow. This chart helped out a lot and thank you @AGS for the helpful chart and thanks everyone else for the input saved me so much time and effort.
You could try all 36 combinations of phase and hall wires until it runs properly in the direction you want to run.

Here is a test sheet to help.

Yes it was running perfect prior to swapping wires. Even when I put everything back to normal like how it came from the factory it runs perfectly fine but in the wrong direction.
Try swapping yellow and blue on the halls instead; yellow and green on the phases (swapping from the controller perspective).
