With all the other mechanical problems you've posted in other threads, it sounds like the bike is physically falling apart.
Since the charge port fell in, you won't be able to charge it, so if you've continued to use it without charging, probably it's finally gotten so low that the bike can't read the battery at all, as it has shutdown to protect itself.
The other possibility is that the discharge port has also "fell in" or otherwise broken.
At this point I think you're stuck with waiting for Stromer warranty service, unless you want to void your warranty by messing with things.
