Nice to get get your critical feedback!
I had placed already the controller at fuel tank cover position and yes, the controller ist to long including his cabeling and additionally the liquid colling will be above the inlet fill in of radiator. Means I hat to move also the radiator from his original position to an upper position behind the cockpit. Also the width of the controller is too big at the point where I am sitting! I alos do not want to have the 800V cabeling direct in front of my best friend

.
Regarding the motor position: If i use a 30cm in diameter big motor and want to implement it into the swing arm (how does it looks above

), do you now where the rear wheel is standing? Right, up to 40/45cm over Series as minimum!
Even if I create a new swingarm. You forgett the suspension, which will need also some space for mounting!
I made already this experience with the 40kg hubmotor! Where the wheel base was 35cm (14") above series (spinning wheel of all the tracks I was driving).
And maybe you are right, it´s my design, my money, my experience I will make. I don´t want to follow the whole mass: Even if the project will fails I had fun during this building periode.
I will not start at 800VDC, it wil be a long time project. The controller is also working at 50VDC! But I have enough space to continue, if everything goes right!
My planned motor will be tested next week from motor manufactuer with same controller and therefore I also will get the settings. But the motor is postboned to next year and therefore I have time to save money and if I don´t have the money regarding other private issues it will takes a little bit longer to realize this!
Btw., the controller is not cheap, thats true but I own the EmDrive500 (100kVA) which cost half of the money as SD300. And also if SD300 will not reach the full spec of RMS PM250DZ (both are working up to 800V and deliver 600Arms (RMS:460KVA, SD300:400KVA) I saved 10k€ for near to the same power! So about the financial issue I think it´s actually the best I can do.
