"The Duck"--Was $1,500.00... now ONLY $1,350.00

What do you think the parts total out at? 40 bucks? Depending if Radio Shack is having a sale?

Does it at least rub your taint after bending you over?

Yep, looks like it controls a full size jet ski and the jetpack. No wonder it costs that much, you'd have some serious safety concerns.

Safety concerns aside The more extreme the sport the more it cost and that looks hard core considering you must own jet ski plus jet pack. more than the small 1600 bucks controller is the 30G you have to have to use it. thanks for sharing

As far as I can tell, its an OTS RC'd pot controlling a OTS servo cabled to a jet-ski throttle, waterproofed (resist). Look how cruddy the black box looks. I still don't get the price tag. Anti-liability/tort lawyer retainers?

The controller at least looks designed

eBoards are way more dangerous. IMO

Insurance

Insurance, yep. That was the legal angle I couldn't quite think of, not being business minded. And the "Hammacher-Schlemmer" wealth-relativity factor.

That box just looks so rough, I would expect something more "finished".

Anyway, just be glad you're handy. Although if I could choose, I'd rather be "Duck" rich than handy.
