Good day, dear forum users. I decided to share with you my project of an electric vehicle with a generator as an engine. Perhaps my experience will be useful, or just interesting.
Most recently, I came across a bosch 150a generator and a video of its conversion into a bldc motor. And I decided to try if he would push my car. The tests were successful and I decided not to stop there and took the generator for more. In my videos you will see what I did and how I installed the generator on the car and connected it to the controller.
apologize if what I have written is not entirely clear, since I use a translator. But in the future I plan to improve my level of knowledge.
I chose Trabant 1987 as a donor.
Alternator bosch 220 amp. Controller bldc 35-95v 37-40amp. Battery 60v different battery 35-75a/h. In the futire i planed upgrade.

I even thought to leave the exhaust pipe and make an imitation of the engine sound, but then I listened to how he drives and realized that he would have his own sound, a robotic motor, no less interesting than his own.
I'll think about a smoke generator)))

congratulations on transformation from 2-stroke engine poisoning car into...
Trabant from Soviet occupied East Germany being 2-stroke engine-powered
was horrible pollutant.
that communism supposed to be so human and great allowed for poisoning people with this vehicle for years
