I've had more than a couple of instances in which I was in 7th gear at a stop with the motor on 2, when if I start with my full weight on the pedals, the motor with have the crank "give way" and make a crunching noise. Is this normal for ebikes? Is the sprag clutch in the TSDZ8 make to give way under loads greater than the motor can take, or should I get it fixed?
