Turnigy servo LED's all flashing

Hi guys I have that cheap turnigy servo tester, but when I plug it in all three blue lights just flashes and doesn't control the motor, anyone know what this means, I have used it in the past to test the wiring to the motor worked but I've just tried connecting my friction drive up onto my bike and it doesn't work.

Can't find a thing online and there's no manual servo manual either

Check the picture in this thread. If you don't know what the lights represent. If you still have the cover on and all three lights are on and the button doesn't change anything - I don't know what to tell you except buy another one.
