I have some trouble with votol em50-4 or also em30 but not using it anymore ...
Most generaly with all votol controller is the same trouble .
All the time i order votol controller (same model just different supplier) the setting and the controller are not the same . Most of the time i need to play with the hiding flux weakening hiding menu on the right side but still not working the same ...
It really make me crazy . Now i got a new votol em50-4 from the same supplier i used to order that s the controllers were working very well but no anymore nevermind how i set the controller it s not running well with a lot of vibration and impossible to ride . I can play with the motor parameter or flux weakening nothing is helping fo make it work good ...
Someone told me that s a firmware probleme that with the good firmware it will work well ....
Why do i need for each controller changing firmware or i don t know what ? And how van i get this firmware because my supplier gave me what they gave me him before but now it s not the same and he doesn t have anything new for this controller ....
I was working for years and years with votol controller and all the time having this kind of trouble to find new setting each time i order new controllers (on same motor same controller same everything just new controller) but this time i really loosing patience and can not anymore fight with this brand .
I m thinking changing brand i m looking for same kind with 3 gear, antitheft, flux weakening and maximum size of the em50-4 or less . I also need to set different current depending on the gear it s why i likes to use votol. I set it with maximum discharge of 50 amps.
How can i fix this trouble or just giving back all the votol controllers to the supplier or what controller with flux weakening to you suggest me to use ? That can be compatible to me ?
I though about kelly kls7212s but no antithieft and on the gear it s only different speed no power current .
