Hmm, usually when the manufacturer is using good quality cells, they name them since they are a selling point. In this case, they just say "Brand Cells" which is what a lot of other manufacturers say when they are cheap generic cells. In either case, you need to get a controller to get your bike up and running, and hopefully you'll take notes on your voltage and power this time. Also, where are you mounting your controller? It needs to have good air circulation otherwise it could die from heat.
 
I’ve asked the manufacturer to provide me information on what type of cells they used. What controller would you recommend, that could handle 48 to 72 V that would also produce the amount of amps that I need? I’m looking to the future of my next build, I will always be above 1500 W of power and I don’t think any more than 3000 for maximum watts
