As the title says, what's your favorite bike lock so far? I've started looking for one, but Amazon is full of knockoffs with serious faults.

I use three.
Abus midrange u-lock
Kryptonite x-large diameter cable w/ integrated lock
Brake disc clamp alarm
Lots and lots of encampment bicycle chop shops in my area. I often see suspicious characters milling around popular bike parking racks, looking for their next score. When they get high-end bikes they sell them on Offerup. Their photos show a $3,000+ bike standing against a beat-up trash-strewn RV or blue tarps with garbage about, lol.

48" Kryptonite Keeper 712, for general riding, going to the store, etc. Also carry a longer 3/8" cable and strong lock. My bike has panniers so carrying those isn't a problem.
For front porch or in the garage when away, I use the heaviest Kryptonite chain and the biggest Kryptonite U lock, often two of those chains and two or three big tough locks. Same for the motorcycle.
The garage door tracks are locked with large, tough locks, located too high to get bolt cutters on them.
A neighborhood druggie/bike thief tried to get one of my ebikes off the front porch at least twice, he couldn't do it.
