Which ebike should I choose?

Hello. I am a 45 y/o F, looking for an E-bike that is under $1200, and to be used to commute to work, as well as play. To ride on city streets as well as a little off roading. Wanting the specs (specifications like) battery life, how long it takes to charge the battery, top mph, digital readout of speed, battery left, etc. Any/all advice would be appreciated and put to good use! What about bike weight? Do you have ground level storage or do you have to haul the horse up any stairs?

Huffy pink bike with a rear 500W hub motor.
Voilamart would work for you.
Under $600 would get you 20 miles, and about 4 hrs charging time.
Very quiet, too. I would do hand brakes. Up to you if you want to leave the gimper on or not.

Get a 48v premade ebike $600 , bench seat style, I have seen them out there and to build an ebike will be jankier for the same price.
