After Upgrades include,
Faux tank with storage bags inside
Custom 2.5 inch thick all black front rim 26er with 3 inch kenda flames (just barely squeeze in the forks)
New full coverage front fender
New all black fat pedals
Added two chain links

New front and rear bb5 disc brakes, inner rings painted all black except the braking surface
Brakes required removal of v brakes, hand sawed the stems off the forks, also bought a disc brake adapter for the front forks (cycles us)
Bought a a2Z disc brake adapter for rear dropouts, both adapters allow installation of brake caliper for frames without caliper holes.

Vintage mechanicla speedometer (still waiting on the cable drive in the mail)
Cree bright led headlight
Painted chain guard and sprocket black
Painted rear rim matte black
Painted top tube of the bike frame olive drab to match
Painted forks olive drab to match

Painted all chrome either black or green, chrome on bikes (motorcycle or bicycles) are more tack than stylish because they are overdone.

Also not shown installed is a rear rack with a speaker box and brown canvas panniers

THe stock bike cost 6-700 bux from amazon
and prolly parts and paint materials and tools and shipping add up to maybe 5-600 bux
i can upload some more pics that show a new leather seat and speaker box rear rack

This is my first build. 80-100 with CC160 esc. This bike is for off road only.

Awesome bike
This looks brilliant for offroad use, nice controllable wheelies!
Any chance you could do a build thread as you mentioned in another post?

Motor removed from one of those gas scooter looking ebikes and re-purposed. LifePO4 pack not mounted yet, just placed. I reversed the useless fender so it's a functional fender.

Very very clean conversion D8veh, I wasn't expecting less from you

How did you do your battery case? Was it with plastic or is it metal?

Ps: you should post this twin cute 100 performance! Do you have 2 controller?

Total weight: 60 lb (estimated bike); 195 lb (me). No pedaling WOT: 23-25 mph at about 27-30 Wh/mi.

You can find the tl;dr version with all of the gory details here.

Sentioline thats one of the best looking ebikes I have ever seen. Well done sir!

was looking on ebay for kona stabs cause of customising torque plates just last night. nice to see it done well here. Im a little concerned about the controller placement. Im not sure that putting it on the moving part of the suspension is good from a vibration point of view, it might lead to premature failure. Id put it on the down tube infront of the rear wheel but just a thought for you.
