Some more "after" of CrazyBike2 in it's present experiment (as it is always changing, evolving):

Sharp cuz it has a sword-shaped pointy bit in front now, really. :p

At least that part does do it's job of keeping the glare of the downlighting sources from affecting my view of the road. I still need a better headlight; I think that increasing the voltage back to something more normal like 13-14V from the present ~11V it's getting from the too-small DC-DC would help a lot, but I have to get a better DC-DC working first. (I don't want to carry a separate battery just for the headlight/etc anymore, even though it is probalby more efficient).

The motor is an MW Motors 36v 250w minihub. It is made by Bafang for them so it does not say "8fun". If you look carefully at the chainring/crank setup, you can just see the controller peeking out. Since this bike has a bottom pull front deraileur, I used the screw for the guide plate to hold the bottom of the controller and 2 zip ties to hold the front.

I use Bosch Fatpack clones. I disect them and put 2 36v 3ah in parallel in the under seat bag.

Hope that answers your questions, if not feel free to PM me.
