16-18S BMS options? Where to buy?

Is it possible to use less then 16s on this BMS? 12s for example.

Nop... Its only for 16s.. But you can ask seller so they arange for you same product , same specs but with less cells in series

Oh and btw i cant read the markings on the IC's ... The letters are to small to read , and whole PCB is spray coated with some kind of protection paint and it makes it even harder to ready..

You mean conformal coating? Or did they obscure the IC's?

Everything is coated... Not just ic's.. Whole pcb looks very shiny.
If i had a way to zoom in a bit more i could read the markings on the chip.. But this way with a bare eye it is impossible ;s
