2024 evoque streetster

i have a 2024 evoque streetster and i went into my controller software it comes with a votol em 70 and no matter what i change in the software of the controller i cannot get any more speed or torque out of the bike when i have it tilted onto the kickstand and run the throttle it will say its doing around 110 km/hr and as soon as i sit on it and put load onto the bike it goes back to its stock 65 km/hr im wondering if their is some sort of load sensor on the bike any help here would be greatly apreciated

Typically that means the controller and battery cannot produce enough power to do what you want, and would require replacing them both with parts that can supply that power.

The motor probably wont be able to handle the waste heat from doulbing the speed (which till take many many times the power it does now to reach), so you'll probably have to replace that too.

Because it will take so much more power to reach that doubled speed, it will decrease your range by that factor as well, so your battery will have to be much larger to give the same range you have now, and weigh much more.


It will probably cost in total as much as or more than a motorcycle that was designed to reach those speeds.
