Can it match?

Is good to have weller 60watt or 80 watt fat tip soldering iron. I don't know but that bms looks cheap look for one with 6 fets I think like yours. Fetcher knows more about bms. B.S. I ran my 48v 20ah ping 30amp bms with 40amp controller it didn't like it. Changed to 60amp bms 10fet the battery didn't like it. It got stolen 5 years ago so the experiments stopped.

Looks like it should work. Personally I would try to find a 40A rated one but this one might be OK.

Did you. Put the. 28 pieces of tape negative and positive I'm not talking to hear my breath but I'm here to help you. Fecther is way way smarter than me but I'm just walking you through the steps he might even have a kind of soul but that's only maybe. Lol.

Is it complicated to connect?

It should be pretty easy if the main plug is the same size and wired the same. Other than the balancing wires, you just have 4 big wires to connect with a soldering iron. You do need to be really careful when handling the live wires so they don't short out. By doing the connections in the proper order you can minimize the chances of accidents. On my pack, I installed Anderson connectors on the main battery wires so the entire BMS can be unplugged.

Meantime, the battery manufacturer replied. Let's see if they can ship a replacement BMS.
That would be the best:)

It's nice to get avms from the manufacturer as the sense wires plug will fit in the wires will be easier to swap out. That being said just because you see the picture of the BMS doesn't mean that's the one they will send you. China is as China does

Sounds like a good plan. Hopefully the replacement is identical so it will be obvious how to hook it up.

Is it warranty?

I would have told them that it just suddenly stopped working for unknown reason.

OK, reasonable enough.

Once you get the new one and you are at the point of inserting the big connector, I recommend angling the connector so the negative most pin makes contact first, then shove it in sort of fast. If the positive end makes contact first, there is a chance the BMS could be damaged.
