On my last ride it did slip. I was riding through the snow and think brackets got really wet. Instructions say to periodically check bolts which i haven't in a year so must have come loose. Anyway, took my system off to paint and will put it back on later.

Its been really snowy here as well, and freezing cold. I've been riding a BBso2 it seems the whole winter because of it. I can't afford to get stranded out there with my AFT until I completely refine it, which I think it is now, but I'll wait until spring to test it again out in the woods. I did come up with a 2nd set of brackets going to the down tube which should eliminate the twisting I experienced last time.
