So you've just connected it to the ESC connector that usually leads to the throttle channel of a receiver ? (in other words, the thumb throttle generates its own 20ms pulse?).
Did you ever try this on a regular ESC, like Hobbywing Ezrun ???

yes just connect like the output from the receiver- it should work on any ESC..

well its been a year since i last posted on this thread..
and I am now rebuilding the scooter to be lighter and hopefully faster-
Power train is now going to be a 7S lipo and a 5065 sensor motor - ui have run a single 50 on many skateboard now and there's more than enough power i believe.
I will be using a standard 60Tx 14t ratio as on the Urban 5 drive kit..-should be good for 26-28mph..with an option to upgrade to 8S..
If im not happy with the power i have 12S and a 63mm 3Kw motor sensored..to fit..

i know- a year...yell me about it..
it never runs smoothly..got it all wired up..then the transmitter has packed in..aghhhh.. so my lovely 3d printed throttle wouldn't work..
so i had to do a dodgy test run with a Flysky remote in my hand..its given me an idea of the power and torque of the sensored motor..and its very good indeed..i cannot wait to get on a ramp with this thing!!

Make it so the handle bars can fold Would be nice to try an 80mm motor and 15mm belt.

folding bars just adds complexity and loses rigidty.. a true stunt scooter does not fold..
already on with higher power version..:0

its is mate..really easy to jump with up kerbs etc..weighs around 8KG in total..but i think the method i made the body with ,makes for a heavy product..i intend to make the next model a lot lighter..
I hope to have a standard e-scoot body that can be fitted with any motor/battery combo and then fitted with the scooter parts of choice..wheels,bards,clamp,headset etc

yep- all 3 are bigger on the 3WK model..
8" wheel ( now 5")
500mm x 150mm deck( now 350mmx120mm)
600mm wheel base.(now 400mm)

ps..its hard to ride it and hold the go-pro..hence the fixed POV view..i'm afraid..--its just testing at the moment..

Awesome build lots of detail really like it a lot, I tried to use small wheels in a razor e300 mod i got them mounted and it spat me over the handle bars on a cattle grid(south wales mountains) so I use mini moto tyres now and have great rolling resistance and clearance to get over bumps, On a tarmac track this could be very quick loves it a lot

well after much success with the small scoot..i'm well on with the big scoot..
Having experimented with a MGP dirt scooter but deciding a retro fit kit just wouldn't work well..

Ive now designed and manufactured a drive hub adapter for the MBS Rockstar Pro hub wheel..fits nicely and removes the need for loose bolts also..

I have all the scooter parts ready to fit and im just waiting on my First Universal scoot Body to be made..then ill fit the sensor 6374 motor and 12S battery..whooppee..should be fun..

that's the advantage of a scooter..everything can go into the deck and be waterproofed easily..

well the new scooter body is well on with being manufactured and i now have a new super sexy throttle control..(thanks to a very talented ex-student of mine..)
Its gone from a usable block to a nice looking piece of kit..
well happy with it..
The electronics fit like a glove and it sits perfectly on any scooter handle bar

We may change the design to a 2 piece split arrangement..but essentially this is the shape..


As soon as the remotes arrive from Bruno i'll make the STL available to download
