Do any of the reputable hub motor kit companies make an all black wheel? I need a black rim, spokes and hub - preferably flat black for my Opus Classico (http://opusbike.com/pdf/Classico09.jpg). Thanks.

Thats a SCHWEEEET looking bike.... Designer Black baby! And I like the gracefull lines on it.
I'd go with an AmpedBikes rear hubmotor because they're gloss black.
Then have your LBS relace it with black spokes to a nice black RhynoLite rim.

The Crystalite hubs from Electric Rider are semi-gloss black. Prob have to custom build the wheel around a black hub motor.

I've not seen any that incorporated black spokes too.
Sounds like a custom build. Front or rear hub motor?

Nice looking bike.

Doesn't matter which hub. This is what it looks like now...

Ebikes.ca does some custom spokes. I got black from them.
your best bet is to have your current rim laced onto the motor. If you're mechanicly inclined, its an easy enough job, but if not, a Bikeshop shoul;d be able to do it.

Ebikekit.com sells the all black 9Cs, with there logo etched on it in silver, but its glossy. for that flat black look, you will likely need to get the motor powdercoated.

I'm running an all black wheel, but I painted mine with enamel, then laced it in a black DH rim myself after having the spokes custom cut.

Comcycle does all black, motor and spokes, with the BMC 600w motor....rear though.

I could lace up something for you. Should have no problem getting the spokes, black nipples even, and whatever hub motor you want to use. Shiny black is all you will be able to find unless you paint the hub yourself. I could relace your motor too, just paint it black.

Just spray paint it, flat black is the easiest paint to use. Even gloss is easier in black. Worldwide sells a black fusin gearmotor. Mine came with a black rim, with silver where the brake pads rub.

Hmmmm... your bike looks doesn't look gloss black.
In your picture it actually looks like it has a flat satin black finish.
Maybe it'll look better with a flat black motor.

The original wheel and hub are gloss and the frame is flat.
