Trying to gather information from others. How many of you have ASI BAC4000 controllers that measure the battery voltage much higher than the actual battery voltage? Mine reads 9-10V too high, and eventually triggers the POST dynamic gating test error. Cutting power to the controller and discharging the input capacitors for a few minutes reduces the voltage measurement error and lets the controller run again, but eventually it drifts high again and shuts down. Seems to be a common failure on Facebook, trying to gather if was a defect in a particular batch of controllers, or just a common failure mode?
I'm also curious if increasing the "High/Lowside turn on voltage test window" might prevent the POST error and extend the usable life of the controller, at least when running on 60V batteries. If you are using 72V, there's no hope since a fully charged 72V battery triggers the maximum battery voltage limits if the measurement is at all inaccurate.
