Buy another cheap ACTbest EB for parts or by BATT/motor upgrade for one I have

That depends on how and where you will be riding the bike. Flat, hilly, fast, slow and casual, more human power or all motor? If hilly, are the hills short or long and steep? Road, bike trails, technical dirt trails? Having the right motor for your type of riding can make a big difference. The motor you have may work just fine for you.
Thanks, I love the motor but what is the lifespan, I really like the way it work besides brakes and it needs a fork new rubber and taller gearing. For 369 these things are such a steal if it holds up OK.

It could last a month and melt on a long steep hill. Most likely you will get 1000's off miles out of it though. You should need to replace chains, freewheels, chainrings, brake pads, and tires before the motor. The motor has bearings that will wear. You could break spokes on the wheel (potholes, jumping curbs, or too much weight).

I blew a tire out, ordered better tires and upgraded tubes. It does not make sense to buy another for motor and battery or just pay more for better quality. The thing is how much more?

If you ride a lot, flat resistant tires will be important to you. I feel like I am repeating myself, but a good battery made with name brand cells is worth the money. Well made batteries are much less likely to catch fire. And it is a chemical fire that you can't just put out with a bucket of water.

How many ah can you usually go up ? mine is 10.4 and it will only go around 15 to 18 miles even with peddling. Around 12 with no peddling. I weigh 330.

Are you just better off adding another battery along with the stock one or just changing it out? thanks.

If you are trying to optimize the range of one battery, you are better off replacing it with a triangle battery that fills the space between the down tube, top tube, and seat tube. However, many people carry a spare battery when they are going on a longer ride and swap it out when the first one runs low. You can also connect two batteries of the same voltage in parallel at the same time, but you have to make sure they have the exact same level of charge when you first connect them together.

Hold up, what did they say that battery was?

If you're trying to optimize the range of 1 battery, use a mid-drive and don't go balls to the wall the whole time.
You don't always and shouldn't go as fast as you can. A step up from what you're rolling would be a nice bike to begin with and add an ebike kit. 9c clone rear hub motor on a nice bike with a decent battery and controller.
What's the total cost of the thing you're looking to buy again?

The battery is 10.4 AMP Hour, the bikes are 369 through Walmart. The bikes work great besides weak brakes. I am leaning more toward just buying another battery and fixing this bike because I am happy. I would like a few more MPH. It goes 26 or so with me on it doing no peddling and once I get the new lower gearing I think I can peddle it to 30?

330 lbs is the limit per spec. You already blew out a tire. If the bike truly weighs 50 lb, it probably has an aluminum frame, not steel (easily checked with a magnet).

Keep a close eye for cracks in the frame (especially at the welds) if you like to ride @ 30 MPH. That's too fast for a light ebike with no rear suspension imo.

I am really happy with my Ebike, so much so I was thinking of getting another for parts for back up, I already have a high quality brake upgrade for it or should I buy a spare wheel with e motor and a battery upgrade for parts backup. The bike itself was only 369. thanks, long live Ghost Rider but that doesn't seem very likely.
I just bought one unseen other then pics, I was told it ran great no problems, when I received the bike and took it for a ride I could hear this loud chattering sound, so I stopped riding it and had a friend do some investigating, found out all 3 gears had teeth broken off and fallen into the grease causing the chatter of course, finding gears for my unbranded no name hub motor is do far impossible that I can see, the gears are as follows, 39t left tilt with 18t the closest I can find in number of teeth AMK 95RX which have 40t with a right tilt 18t, the right tilt will not work, idk all this is confusing for me, I'm a newbie when it comes to all this does anyone have any advice or knowledge on where to get the original gears or replacement for my acbest 27.5" 48volt 1200watt brushless motor E bike it would be greatly appreciated

The reason I wanted one for backup just became clear, my screen will not light up this morning so the bike has stopped.

Or fix what you have. Working on the bikes is part of the hobby that many of us enjoy and you have already been turning a wrench on it. Check all the connectors to make sure one didn't shake loose. You can get a basic 48V brushless controller with display on Aliexpress, eBay, or Amazon for $50-$100. Your battery probably can't handle more than 20-25A, so you don't need an expensive one.

Then check out the builds section to get inspired for your next project.

Plastic is not good. I wonder how crappy the motors are?

Virtually all geared hub motors use nylon planetary gears. There are videos on YouTube on swapping out with steel, but the motor can get pretty loud using steel gears.

Better to ask how much is a good motor wheel. If you ride your bike hard on the throttle your rim might fail first.
Such as deformed spoke holes in the rim:

Geared hub motors have their issues. I'd open yours up and look inside.
Motors can be inexpensive, or not. I bought a rear direct drive motor for $20 ($38 tax and shipping) a few months ago.
Bought one three years ago in a wheel for $600+. Nice motor, and it now sits broken:

Ebikes have issues from time to time. Seems like they're easier to build than to fix.
That's why you are better off having a bunch of parts and just changing them out as the go bad?

It's a valid strategy and most of us have collected a bunch of parts over the years. That said, you could buy a used bike on Craigslist for less money that has much better bicycle components to use for spares. In my opinion, the biggest problem with inexpensive ebikes is the fire risk from the cheap batteries. And if you don't own a home and live in an apartment building, you are putting everyone else in that building at risk.
