celllog not in production anymore

i bought 5 of this BVM 8-s from BuddyRC and returned them, no alarm output, poor backlight, not accurate
when I was ordering them they showed original celllog picture in description.
I was naive to think I would get original celllog for 15 bucks!!

That makes two major obsolete unicorns:

The CellLog8 modules and the BC168 balance charger. If you can fine one for sale anywhere you should snap them up!

agree with Amberwolf
buzzer part of circuit can be used to add open collector output for alarm
but, but there is big BUT:
NC or NO configuration of alarm output is done in celllog through software.

I bought one 14.99 and next they sent me spam for 11.99 what's up with that ? At lease I didn't buy the 35.00 one. All the same to buddy beware.

8S has memory recording & can be plugged in to PC to get discharge logs off it.
Cheaper 8M doesn't have that. If I remember correctly, 8S used to cost around $40 years ago.

Has anyone actually ordered/received one from this source ?
I find it odd that a Chinese product that is unavailable anywhere else including previous stockists,..Ebay, Alexpress, HK, etc,..and has been widely reported to be out of production, ... is offered from one sole European stockist ?
