Maybe a CYC X1 Pro can be made to fit in the triangle with some tinkering?

But a BBSHD (or BBS02b) can probably be rotated enough forward/upward that the ground clearance will be okay.

Varstrom TSDZ16 or VSM01 are both high torque, torque-sensing mid drive motors that would suit this purpose but not so sure about trying to fit in the triangle. CYC is also great, but on the expensive side, Bafang lack torque sensing pedal assist so I find these better for on-road use or cargo hauling
Not many mid drive kits are made to fit in the triangle since they slide through your bottom bracket. For this, it's more common to get a bare motor and build custom brackets for it
