Daly BMS Fault codes issue...

Hello, I just installed the Bluetooth DALY 12s 60amp. Everything was fine until I finished charging the battery and I got the two fault codes.

I tried increasing the cell voltage high protect and sum volt high protect and I still get the fault codes. (screenshots in attachments)

How can I clear these fault codes? Is there a way to manually reset these bms? When I reset with the reset button in-app, it still has faults after reset.

Becuase of the fault codes, Im unable to charge or discharge the battery. chg mos and dischrgmos is in grey and wont let me adjust.. Please help!

Do you have a link to the BMS?
It may be expecting reasonable values for the parameters?
