So I've seen an ebike advertised online and they show no frame sizes, it appears they have one (unknown) size - could be XS, S, M, L, XL and when asked they couldn't clarify, instead they sent me these I think unhelpful and non standard size. Does any of the following make sense to anyone?

Frame length; 900mm (measured from where to where?)
Min Seat Hight (from ground); 880mm (along angled seat tube or straight up from ground to saddle?)
Max seat Hight (from ground); 1020mm (along angled seat tube or straight up from ground to saddle?)
Overall length Tire to tire; 1850mm (from closest parts of front tyre to back tyre or is this supposed to be wheelbase?)
Length from spoke to spoke; 1130mm (what does this mean?)

Yes generally this is the case with prebuilt ebikes, hope you're median weight/height.
You have to ask every time.

None of these measurements are standard & sound quite absurd.

My take would be:
frame from the head tube to the rear 36.29 inches
seat always from the ground min 34.64 max 41.15
outside tire to tire 72.83
Spoke to spoke I bet means center of the axel to axel or as we say is the wheelbase 44.48

Just my .02 guesses

Don't buy a prebuilt e-bike. It's either an expensive swindle, or a garbage quality waste of time, or likely both.

Build your own. It's easy and will pay you back handsomely many times over.

'from spoke to spoke' - probably the wheelbase (rear to front axle)
but the picture doesn't look right - the motor seems to be photoshopped

Would you buy universal size shoes? I wouldn't.

+1 to what Chalo said - build your own or buy right size e-bike.
