Hi guys, a few people have asked about the Electrom Frame. It’s a laser-cut, CNC bent unit that we make in-house.
the bare frame
steering, forks, wheels, GCD system and high-voltage wiring harness
Seat, Rear fender, swingarm covers and batteries
footwell, cowling, side panels and Tailbox
Automotive wrap vinyl. The vinyl is a nice alternative to paint as it allows for a lot of colours and finishes. Also, the buyer can change their color scheme pretty easily if they want to.
We can sell a bare frame, but I would recommend a few more items. You would most likely want a fork, rear shock and the steering system. We can sell the frame and those items for $3600 CAD.
The weight of the frame without shocks and fork is just under 20 lbs.
I spent a bit of time this summer redoing my vinyl. The hot-rod red was a little too male-oriented, and I wanted something that appealed to a wider audience (as in, I don't want women to be turned off the bike because the colour looks like a rolling mid-life crisis). I really like vinyl for applying colour: there are tons of options, and if you change your mind, it is as simple as choosing a new colour and spending a few hours with a heat gun to remove the old colour and put on the new. I've linked to a video that goes over my process.
