Heart rate targeting app for VESC(CYC right now)

Where should I post the release of this opensource project. I'd say it's almost ready for first release (Android only):
So, I did a thing. I bought a CYC x1 Pro G4 and wanted to use the CYC heart rate targeting software for it....Except I misunderstood. It's for the Photon Gen2 CAN version only. So. I made my own at home.
The concept is simple. Like messing with your kids playing in the sprinkler, you have the max flow rate. Then when you want to let a smaller kid play, you kink down the hose to limit flow. Then return it when the bigger kids are in the mix. Well, this has a researched algorithm that learns and targets a settable heart rate target, and slowly and gradually changes the "MCCONF_TEMP" setting to configure the "maximum current to controller, temporary" setting. So when powered down, everything returns to normal. I'm still working on getting 100miles under my belt and ensuring no edge cases. But as it is right now, it will only remove power from the system or return it to where it is from the factory. No throttle control. No direct power management inside the pedal assist factory logic. Simply just squeezing down on the hose, until my heart rate gets to the right place, and using a model to try to maximize time in that target zone.
In my use, it works AWESOME on MTB trail riding, when coupled with torque sensing +cadence pedal assist mode. IT also works really good in the simple problem of targeting steady HR target on flat or inclined riding. I can get the boost of power when I need it, but it makes me work and not slack off. It figures out stops, braking, coasting, preparing for hills after coasting, all kinds of fun stuff.
