Shame it says they have no plans to produce it, because I bet it would sell. I would buy one and tweak until it's fast, and replace my trusty Honda Insight with it.

It comes with an electric uni-cycle in the door. I'm sure they wouldn't have forgot the rest of the clown attire.

Yeah, retro is "in". For the youngsters, the Honda 600 was the precursor to the Civic (Compound Vortex Controlled Combustion, a smog engine). Its the economy car that took Honda from being famous for motorcycles, to being famous for their car manufacturing. The front-engine/front-wheel-drive was an air-cooled 2-cylinder/600cc. The type of engine a motorcycle manufacturer could easily make.
