I have a 12fet 4110 Infineon that acts odd at WOT, or on 120% setting. I have the battery current set at 35amps and phase at 50amps. It seems like it switches between no power and full power every 1/2 second or so. I have my CA set to 90amps limit, so it shouldn't be that. Any ideas what is causing this? It use to only do it on 120% setting WOT, but now it does it most times I WOT.

STOP using 120%!!! It's not with it. If you want more speed up the voltage, more acceleration, up the amps.

Check your peak amps on the ca to verify you are not hitting the limit. Then unplug it and ride to make sure it isn't interfering with amlnything. If it still surges with the ca unplugged its a controller or throttle issue. Process of elimination is needed.

What's your Low voltage cut-off on the Infineon? Could thsat be a problem, or does the CA over ride the controller?

I had a similar problem a few years ago, replaced or isolated every single part of the entire system, Battery, BMS, controller, CA, halls, wiring loom, turned out to be a cracked track in the Magura throttle pot. It taught me to not jump to conclusions!!

I finally got to troubleshooting this. Unplugged the CA, and no pulsating. Even though I have the controller battery amps set to 35, 0.0 block time, and the CA max amps to 99. Something with the CA settings...
