Led 2 and 4 blink on Bosch Powerpack Rack After change schottky diode

Hello all,

This is my first post in this forum

I have a Bosch Powerpack Rack 500W.
This battery suddenly dead.

I found in this forum, I need to change schottky diode.

I do that and battery became alive

Now, led 2 and 4 are blinking (something wrong in battery voltage).
I have check all 18650 cells and it's ok (4.02V).

I have check all condensators, MOSFET, wires, connectors... All is good.

All VCx / VCx-1 input of ISL94212 ICare around 4V, but VC10 / VC11 is 2.5V.

I thing it's my issue.
But I dont find where is problem.
I have check ISL94212 IC datasheet but Bosch implementation is not exactly like typical application.

Is somebody has also fix this issue ?

Sorry, I forgot to Say, that I try connect Bosch diagnostic system in bike shop, but Bosch diagnostic system turn green one second and after fail to connect.

I have also use thermal camera and I see some hot point.
