Designs for Reliable (low V) Cell Monitoring electronics

I have a couple of friends who like to collect and repair that type of gear.

Today I got another consulting project. And this one does not have a micro in it! It is even related to this topic! But enough of that.

It begins to look like there are no real customers out there after all.

Oh well.

I wouldn't write off the project until you had a well tested prototype in your hands and are able to give potential customers the final specs and other info (voltage accuracy, current draw, weight, size, connector types, delivery dates, price, etc.). IMHO, it's hard to commit (as a customer) to a product that is just in the initial design stages.

A different thread could start to measure potential customer interest but I think you'll need as much of the above-listed info as you can gather in order to get good feedback.
